Thank you for shopping with Maximus Retail! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you find any issues with your order, particularly manufacturing defects, we are here to help. Please read our Return Policy below to understand the process for requesting a return or exchange.
1. Eligibility for Return
At Maximus Retail, we offer returns for products that arrive with manufacturing defects. If you notice any issues with your purchased item (e.g., faulty stitching, fabric defects, broken zippers, etc.), you may request a return, replacement, or refund within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached).
- The item must be returned in the original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt).
Please note that we do not accept returns for items that are damaged due to misuse, improper care, or regular wear and tear.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at support@maximusretail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include the following information in your message:
- Order number
- Product details (name, size, color)
- A clear description of the manufacturing defect (photos may be requested)
- Your preferred solution (replacement or refund)
- Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. You may be asked to send the defective item back to us for inspection.
- Return Shipping: Maximus Retail will not cover the return shipping costs for defective items. You have to use your preferred courier for shipping the product back to us.
3. Refunds and Replacements
- Replacement: If the item is deemed defective, we will send you a replacement free of charge (subject to availability).
- Refund: If a replacement is not available, or if you prefer, we will process a refund to the original method of payment. Please note that the refund may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds are only applicable for items returned in accordance with our policy. Any shipping fees, taxes, or duties paid during the purchase are non-refundable.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Products that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Any item returned after 7 days from the date of delivery
5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
